We just purchased a new 2026 Palisade Calligraphy. Below the bumper on the driver side, I noticed what appears to be an open flap or vent. The passenger side is closed. I asked the salesman and he said that's normal to cool the battery. Well, it never closes and the other vent always remains open. Is his information accurate?
