I haven't noticed this on my 2021 palisade. However, I did run into a similar problem in the past on a different car after new tires were installed. When I drove at 100 km/hr, I noticed vibration in the steering. When I questioned the shop, they took the time and reconfirmed the tire was balanced and showed me the tire on the machine. When I looked at the tire, the tire looked like it was moving side to side on the balancing equipment and I question them on it. Only then the tire technician admit he thought something was off when he initially balanced the tire. The supervisor asked the tech to remove and remounted the tire onto the rim and rebalance the tire. After the shop did this, I drove on the highway and the vibration in the steering was gone.
