Liftgate opens automatically but will only close manually

I have a 2020 Palisade and have been to the dealership 3x to get this issue resolved... the relay and actuator have been replaced but my liftgate still only opens automatically. To close it the dash button will not work, so the only way to close it is manually. Anyone have any ideas on the fix for this? It's very frustrating!

2020 Limited with 32,600 miles and for the second time I have to have the tailgate struts replaced due to cracked plastic housing that only allows the tail gate to close partway unless you manually do it.

I have a 2023 Palisade Calligraphy with 12,000 miles and am experiencing the same lift gate issue. It will open but will not close with any button and requires a manual close.The dealer has replaced one pinch sensor to no avail and is now replacing the other with hopes of rectifying the issue.
