2020 Hyndai Palisade Screen rebooting again and again

Helo Team since 2 weeks my Screen is rebooting again and again during, i cannot get any thing radio , car play etc etc .. the screen ist not comming up and stay. its rebooting and rebooting
please i need help

Have you disconnected the negative cable on your battery yet?

the cable attached to the negative terminal on your 12v battery. If you are unfamiliar....go to Auto Zone or a place like it and have them disconnect it for 60 seconds. Kind of like a reboot
