Navigation addresses

Is there an easy way to enter personal addresses....not businesses...in the navigation system? Thanks for any guidance.

I agree. Entering addresses and other info on the navigation is far too complicated. Unless I am missing something, the navigation system goes through a routine of checking to make sure that the address you entered is correct before accepting it. Why is this necessary? We know the correct address we want to enter (we are probably taking it from a previous navigation program). Why is the "searching" step really needed?

Thanks for the response. Glad to learn someone else thinks it’s a tedious exercise and it’s not just me.
